It seems these metal building are an affordable way of expansion. They seem like they would hold up well in most conditions as well.

Steel framed buildings last for ages. We have a lot of kit homes built from steel and the owners are all very happy with how easy they are to erect and how long they stand trouble free. metal buildings may be in big demand as time goes on, especially second hand ones in good condition.

My husband & I have a Metal Building 10x12 in our backyard. It has lasted close to 20 years -- we have re-roofed it once. This year we will actually be raising it an additional 2 feet with cinder blocks to add additional storage space. We were going to buy a new building, but since it was in still in good shape, we decided to just raise it and add another new roof.
